The Circle OF Excellence Group is an international organisation that have helped over 300 000 entrepreneurs in more than 50 countries achieve freedom, prosperity and purpose. This international conglomerate consists of 6 companies including: The Circle of Excellence, Worldwide Business Intelligence, Ring of Steel Investments, Global Expert Institute and the Conscious Leadership Movement.

The Problem
Outdated Website leading to lost online sales opportunities.

The company started in 2006 and until 2020, relied on their old websites. These websites were outdated and spread across the internet without any linkage between them, to cross-feed user traffic and to benefit from potential up-selling opportunities across their 6 separate websites. Navigation was not logical and their websites were not optimized for mobile. Another issue causing clicks but not conversions.

The Brief
To Capture Their Unique Essence In A Modern Context.

During our awesome pre-design strategy session we had a solid set of goals. These included:

1- Re-design all 6 company websites and bring it together under one roof which was to become the new universe of The Circle OF Excellence Group Of Companies.

2- Capture the true essence of the Circle Of Excellence Group which revolves around Ancient and Sacred Wisdom and to transform it into a new corporate identity which is modern and sophisticated yet still true to their roots.

3- To create a platform that facilitates the ease with which visitors can explore the vast range of services the group has to offer across it's various companies and to send visitors on a journey culminating in submission of contact details.

Before we started working together, the Circle Of Excellence's websites had never been a main priority in their business. They'd been opting for more low-cost, temporary fixes and using templates that never quite felt like their brand.

And Now, "the Results"

The use of animations and functional micro-interactions makes the navigation more fluid than ever. Carefully curated imagery communicates a message that is more in-line with their new brand and Important information is now easily accessible to the visitor. Navigation throughout the website has been simplified to be more intuitive. The conversion rate has been increased by offering visitors easy access to a multitude of clear and logical Call's to Action throughout the website.

SEAMLESS RESPONSIVENESS

One of the main priorities was to reduce their mobile bounce rate. This was achieved through comprehensive mobile optimization processes on a great multitude of devices and screen resolutions to ensure optimal responsiveness.

INTUITIVE NAVIGATION

The Circle Of Excellence's 6 logos are very important to them. We decided to add loads of cross navigation between Companies by using all logos as link. Clear instructions eliminate ambiguity and takes the visitor on the journey down the sales funnel.
